From saving the world or a superhero’s day off to discovering their superpower or a new villain, you can create your own superhero to write about or be inspired by an existing one to write your story or poem.

Poems can be in any style, from using the superhero’s name for an acrostic, to rhyme or free verse. Stories have a 250-word limit. 

Marvelous Superheroes is free to enter, selected entrants will be published in a book and every entrant receives a bookmark.

We cannot wait to read the super stories and poems! 🦸

Open to 4-18 year-olds.

Only one entry per person.

Open to both schools & independent entrants in the USA.

Your child can write a story (250 word limit) or a poem in any style.

Your child's can be submitted via email, mail or uploaded on our website.

Your child's name, age and full address must be included with their entry.

Your child's poem/story must be your child's own, original work.

Copyright remains with the author.
